These terms cover purchases from shop.juneaubarber.com, run by Village Barber Shoppe, 9131 Glacier Hwy, Juneau, AK 99801. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
Tees, hats and stickers, each printed to order by our print partner, Printful. Product pictures are mockups, so colours and print placement on the real item can vary slightly.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is what you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Your order
Your order is accepted once your payment goes through and you see the confirmation page. If we can't fill an order, for example because an item is no longer available, the address can't be delivered to, or a price was listed in error, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses only. Orders are printed and shipped by Printful and usually arrive in 7–12 business days; that estimate isn't a guarantee. If a package is lost in transit, see our returns policy below.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Every item is made just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full. To cancel, call us right away; once an item is printed we can't cancel it. The full policy is in Shipping, Returns & Contact.
Our designs
The Village Barber Shoppe name, crest and the artwork on our products belong to Village Barber Shoppe. Buying an item doesn't give you the right to reproduce them.
Liability
We stand behind our products as described above. As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.
Governing law
Alaska law governs these terms, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of the State of Alaska.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
