Village Barber Shoppe runs shop.juneaubarber.com. This page explains what we collect when you buy from the shop, who receives it and why. We collect very little, so it's short.
What we collect
- When you check out, Stripe's checkout page collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details, plus a billing address when your card needs one. We never see or store your card number.
- If you email or call us, we have whatever you send or tell us.
- There are no accounts, no mailing list and no ads.
Who receives it and why
- Stripe processes your payment, sends your receipt and screens payments for fraud. Stripe's privacy policy.
- Printful, our print partner, receives your name, shipping address, email address and the items you ordered, so it can print, pack and ship your order. Printful's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the shop and forwards email sent to [email protected] to our inbox. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The shop sets no cookies of its own and doesn't track you across other sites. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud, under Stripe's policy.
How long we keep it
Your order record stays in our Stripe and Printful accounts for as long as we need it to handle your order, any replacement or refund, and our tax and accounting records. Emails stay in our inbox until we delete them.
Your choices
Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may have to keep some order details for tax and accounting.
The shop isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
